ORIGINAL part from Presto model 700 (Located on bottom of pot), SAYS... "Model 704" on handle.
This seal has been stored inside the pressure cooker not "smooshed" from being under the pressure of the lid being latched on for years.
It is flexible and will flatten and fit inside the lid perfectly and seal better then one thats been under the pressure of the lid being latched tight for years.
