We will gladly ship you a replacement unit or give you a refund. Due to the size and activity of our warehouse, we cannot accept nor be responsible for items and shipping charges if the item is shipped to us without a prior consent and a Return Authorization number. We will mail you a pre paid label. Once you receive it, please email us so we will be able to track the package back to our warehouse.
