Buying First, every item listed has been tested, its serial number has been logged, and it has been packaged, weighed, and measured for quick and accurate shipping. Therefore, your item should ship within hours if not minutes of receiving payment, and you'll receive your tracking information right away. Additionally, because I include actual weights and dimensions in my listings, the shipping cost you see here is the actual cost I will incur based on your zip code and shipping method. Second, your feedback is very important to me, so after you receive your item, please take a moment to leave positive feedback for me. Once received, I will immediately do the same for you. I hope my feedback speaks for itself and this upfront honesty doesn't deter you, but as a small-time seller of personal items, know that I simply don't have the pockets or workforce of Amazon or other large retailers to absorb the time and costs of a liberal return policy, often with buyers who abuse the system or treat products and packaging carelessly. Therefore, please understand when I acknowledge that I've grown more pedantic about returns over the years, and when I ask that you please do your homework and ask questions before buying, don't expect a free and easy return with no questions asked, and please make your purchase as though all sales are final, even though I certainly consider the following exceptions: 1) Justifiable Returns: If there's an unexpected issue with your item and you've reached out to me for help and we can't resolve the issue together, I will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label to send the item back to me. Upon receipt of the return, I will test and inspect the item to confirm its issue aligns with the reason provided for its return and to ensure it isn't a fraudulent return (see #3 below). If everything checks out, you'll receive a full refund, including your original shipping costs. If the issue or condition of the item does not align with the reason provided for the return, both your original and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, as well as a stiff restocking fee if the condition of the item or its packaging is notably degraded from the condition sold. And lastly, you will be reported to eBay for providing inaccurate information to justify your return. 2) Optional Returns: If you've simply changed your mind, didn't do your homework before buying, etc., I may still accept your return IF you've reached out to me first, agreed to pay return shipping costs, accepted that original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, and assured me that the same item with all of its original packaging will be received back in the condition sold. Upon receipt of your return, I will test and inspect the item and its packaging to evaluate their condition and ensure it isn't a fraudulent return (see #3 below). As long as everything checks out, you'll receive the refund we agreed to before you returned the item. However, if the condition of any component or its packaging is notably degraded or missing, I will deduct a stiff restocking fee, because I'm picky about my stuff. If you aren't comfortable with that deduction, I can return the item back to you at your expense. 3) Fraudulent Returns: As someone who's been burned too often by switcheroos and other creative ways of abusing the system, my tracking process has become painfully detailed to prevent such attempts. First, unless noted otherwise, every item listed has been owned within my family, and yet where possible, every item was still retested and inspected before being packaged to sell. Therefore, your likelihood of experiencing a legitimate issue with these items is minimal. Additionally during this process, every component was cataloged by recording its serial number, or for items without a serial number, by placing and photographing a subtle identifier somewhere discrete within the item such that, if it is returned, I can verify it's the same item sold. If a different item is received, no refund will be issued, at all, and you will be reported to eBay for collection of return shipping costs and protection of other sellers. Summary Wrapping up, when you buy from me, you should expect to receive items that meet or exceed their description, with quick and responsive service before and after the sale. In exchange for that, I ask you for a thoughtful purchase, timely payment, good faith communication, positive feedback, and personable respect for me, my items, and the capacity in which I am selling and supporting them.
