These are the Cadillac of pressure cookers. Made in Spain, the Fagor company was recently purchased by Fissler.
Replacement parts are readily available on Amazon.This cooker has been loved, and it shows. But she has a lot more life, she’s still shiny and ready for action… she’s had a new gasket (the turquoise) and makes a great seal.
I sourced this at an estate sale, knowing that it was a rare find. I sold the 6qt size a few months ago and assumed I would never find another in the wild.
