17 Qt. Presto Pressure Cooker

This is a 17 quart Presto Preservation 500 pressure canner and cooker, model #01750. It is complete with pot, cooking rack, lid, rubber gasket, pressure gauge, air vent cover lock and instruction booklet with recipes. For canning it holds 7 quarts or 10 pints or 24 half pints. This method of processing meats, poultry, soups and desserts is 3 to 10 times faster than ordinary methods. The readable gage registers the complete range of processing pressures automatically.
